Considering it was very short notice and therefore wasn't particularly well publicised the exhibition at March Town Hall last weekend, as part of the Summer Festival celebrations, was very successful! There were nearly 40 pieces of artwork, including paintings, embroidery, assemblage, photography and silk painting, from nine contributing artists. We had about 60 visitors during the day and there was some lively chat and discussion about the artwork! Many thanks to all the members who contributed artwork or helped set up and man the exhibition. It was great to see FenVAC back in action and let's hope it's the first of many more successful events!
