Atlantis
If anyone finds themselves in the vicinity of Brick Lane in East London I can heartily recommend a visit to the art shop Atlantis! I was up in London yesterday making a last minute visit to the Royal Academy of Art's Summer Exhibition and we popped along there to investigate. They have just about everything you can imagine art material wise and it's rather like being let loose in a sweet shop! LOL Well worth a visit if your purse (or credit card!) can take the strain! And to add to the experience there's some fabulous graffiti outside:

If you have the chance, pop along! ;o)

Cemetery Art Day
Following on from our Church Art Days, we have arranged a day at the Leverington Road Cemetery in Wisbech for this coming Sunday, 10th August from 10am to 4pm. Please feel free to come along for as long as you'd like to and sketch, paint, take photographs etc. Why not bring a picnic and enjoy the sunshine?! The cemetery is on North End, Wisbech, just around the corner from Asda. There's a footpath leading to the cemetery from the main road. Limited parking is available at Nixon's Timber Merchants or in the Asda car park. We looking forward to seeing some of you there!
